Dried mushrooms are a favorite of many chefs.  They are a                  wonderful way to have the gourmet flavors at any time of the                  year and are the perfect secret ingredient.  In fact, some re-                    hydrated mushrooms often offer more flavor than fresh, while                  using less.

Nothing is better than eating supple ripe berries from the vine or bush - and we preserve them at their best with our secret recipe using honey.
